    ENGINEERING
    STUDIES:
    Reviewed energy usage of small and large (8Mw) users and developed energy studies for the purpose of recommending innovative uses of reciprocating engines in cogeneration. These include; Electric/Hot Water, Electric/Steam, Electric/Hot Water/Refrigeration, Refrigeration/Steam, Shaft Output/Hot Water, Waste to Energy.
    DESIGN
    ENGINEERING:
    Directed engineering staff in the total system design of multiple Cogeneration plants from 100 kW to 1500 kW. Supervised the startup of above plants. Initiated a computerized data acquisition system for Cogeneration and Total Energy plants integrated with long term maintenance contracts. Designed integrated computer control systems for engine and associated systems operation. Implemented a networked CAD and Project Management system.
    PROGRAMMING: Developed working models for the operation, monitoring, and user interface for Cogeneration systems. These Included; thermal ice storage, single generator parallel to utility, and total energy.
    CONSTRUCTION
    SERVICES:
    Provided field construction supervision of both direct labor and subcontractors. Developed as part of a team the construction schedules. Specified, reviewed, and purchased major equipment.
    MANAGEMENT: Developed business plans for the acquisition of the Waukesha Engine distributor contracts for the state of Indiana and Michigan. Owned and operated a startup Waukesha Engine Distributorship. Implemented an integrated cost tracking system for both project sales and service parts sales.
    SALES: Developed an implemented various sales plans from regional to multi-state, including sales calls on end users, engineers, and architects. Provided technical sales assistance for all applications of stationary gas and diesel engines from 20 hp to 2500 hp. Conducted sales seminars to introduce system concepts in Cogeneration. Responsible for project sales presentations, including proposals, graphics and equipment selection.
